Families Together in Albany County is a grant funded organization staffed by family members to provide Information, Referral, and Support to families that have children and youth with social, emotional and behavioral concerns. We never want any family to feel that they are alone and unsure of where to get quality, local, and timely information and support. Let us help you gain knowledge and access to a full array of services in Albany County. We are trained to create specific service plans that maximize your families strengths, address difficulties, and are specifically tailored just for your child’s needs. Our children are unique, have unusual needs, and share with us many special gifts.
